“İşbu Sözleşme imza tarihinde yürürlüğe girer ve Legis tarafından sona erdirilmedikçe yürürlükte kalır. Taraflar arasındaki ticari ilişki sona erse dahi işbu Sözleşme’deki gizlilik yükümlülükleri süresiz olarak geçerli olmaya devam edecektir.”

“This Agreement enters into force on the date of signature and remains in force unless terminated by Legis. Even the commercial relationship between the Parties ends, the confidentiality terms in this Agreement will remain effective for an indefinite period.”
