Legis has the title of "data controller" pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK, and with this Clarification Text, Legis aims to inform the customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by Legis in accordance with the said KVKK.
With this clarification text, we would like to provide information about the personal data of our website visitors, as well as our suppliers, customers and prospective customers, which are processed within the scope of our activities.
b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Data of the representatives/officers/employees of prospective customers who request an offer to work with us, data subjects and suppliers that we have met at various events or obtained their data legally from public sources, can be processed for the purpose of communicating with them, for legal grounds of protecting our legitimate interests in data processing, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, as specified in Article 5/2 (f) of the KVKK.
In addition, the personal data of our website visitors, customers, suppliers, and prospective customers may be disclosed to official authorities without explicit consent, if requested by official authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation and when disclosure to official authorities is obligatory in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation. If you forward your requests regarding your rights to the contact addresses on our website for Legis, it will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Up to ten pages for a reply will not be charged. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.
